Strength 2 You (S2Y) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers to fitness. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a healthy, active lifestyle, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our mission is to provide free access to workout equipment and fitness programs in underserved communities.

We bring fitness to the people by offering mobile strength stations, outdoor workout stations, and equipment rentals for schools, events, and individuals. At S2Y, we believe fitness is not just a hobby—it’s a right.

Our Programs

At Strength 2 You, we offer a variety of fitness programs designed to meet the needs of all members of our community.

Each of our programs is designed to be accessible to all, with the goal of promoting health and wellness throughout the entire community.

Family Fitness

A fun and engaging program where families can exercise together, strengthening both their bodies and their bonds.

Senior Wellness and Mobility

Tailored exercises for seniors focusing on improving strength, balance, and flexibility to support independence and mobility.

Young Adult/Youth Programs

Programs aimed at empowering young people to build healthy fitness habits, stay active, and engage in positive social interactions.

Cross-Training for Sports

This program combines elements of strength training, agility, and endurance to enhance athletic performance across multiple sports disciplines.

Mobile Gym

Our Mobile Gym allows low-income residents to use fitness and sporting equipment for free.
